Refund Policy

Kinetically Defined Pages Publishers is committed to transparency and fairness in all client engagements. Due to the customized and creative nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:

1. General Policy

All services provided by Kinetically Defined Pages Publishers are tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Once a project has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable, as resources, time, and expertise are immediately allocated to the project.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • No work has been initiated on the project
  • No deliverables, drafts, or partial services have been provided
  • The request is submitted within a reasonable timeframe after payment

Approval of refunds in such cases is solely at the discretion of management.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Work has already begun on the project
  • Deliverables, drafts, revisions, or progress updates have been shared
  • Delays occur due to lack of client communication, feedback, or materials
  • The client changes their mind after project initiation
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after services have been rendered

4. Project Delays

While we strive to meet agreed timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as client responsiveness, revisions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Such delays do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery actions, as permitted by applicable agreements and laws.

6. Partial Refunds

In limited cases, partial refunds may be considered if a project is canceled at an early stage before substantial work is completed. Any approved partial refund will reflect the work already performed.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to payment processor timelines.
