All services are customized according to client requirements and timelines.
All projects begin after receiving client confirmation, required materials, and initial payment. Each stage of the project involves client review and approval before moving forward. Standard turnaround time is 15 to 20 business days, depending on project complexity and communication responsiveness.
Most services require full upfront payment before work begins. Partial upfront payments or initial deposits may be accepted in certain cases to reserve promotions or service slots.
Invoices must be paid in full according to the agreed schedule. Late or missed payments may result in project delays.
Due to the personalized and creative nature of each project, all sales are considered final once work has started. Refund requests may be reviewed if no work has been initiated. Refund approval is solely at the discretion of Kinetically Defined Pages Publishers management.
Clients must provide accurate project details, timely feedback, and all required materials. Delays caused by missing information or lack of communication may extend the project timeline.
Full ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client once payment is completed. Kinetically Defined Pages Publishers may showcase completed projects as portfolio samples unless requested otherwise in writing.
Kinetically Defined Pages Publishers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, data loss, or dissatisfaction beyond the total amount paid for the specific project.
A project may be canceled before work starts. Once work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for refunds unless approved by management.
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, and any disputes will be handled within Florida’s jurisdiction.
